Below is a copy of the End User License Agreement. Please read prior to purchasing our products. Our desire is to give our clients/users creative liberty while still protecting ourselves legally. A copy of this Agreement is provided with each Image CD.

LetterEffects.com Royalty-Free End User License Agreement

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Royalty-Free Image ("Images") CD-ROM (the "CD"). By using the CD, you agree to be bound by the Agreement.

1. All Images on your CD are royalty-free. By purchasing a CD, you have license to use of the Images on the CD multiple times and on multiple projects. You may modify, adapt and create derivative projects using the Images on your CD(s).
2. However, all Images and contents on your CD are copyrighted, proprietary and protected by United States, International, and other applicable laws. Your right to use the CD(s) and Images is conditioned upon your payment of any applicable fee prior to use and your compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. You may not sell, loan, rent, or give your CD to a third party to avoid them paying for rightful use of the Images.
4. You may not sell, loan, rent, or give any part of the Images as a collection to another person or company, except as permitted in a work or a project created by you and NOT as competition to LFX.
5. The Images may not be used in a defamatory, scandalous, illegal, misleading, otherwise unlawful, or pornographic manner.
6. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LFX and all of its owners, officers, employees and agents for any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys fee, incurred directly or indirectly by LFX in connection with the use of the Images for any unlawful, unauthorized or prohibited purpose.
7. LFX nor any of its owners, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates shall be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, arising from the use of, or inability to use, an Image or the CD.
